Personal Training

At EnduraFit, we understand that no two people are alike. This means that everyone moves differently, has different goals, are at different points in their lives and are at different ability levels. This is why every client we work with has their own unique fitness plan designed with their own starting points and progressions based on their goals. As clients’ movement patterns improve and as goals change, so do training plans/programs. Each client starts with a full fitness assessment and Functional Movement Screen so we can determine the appropriate course of action in the most safe and effective way possible.

What’s included in the monthly training packages?

  • Every client, regardless of the training package purchased, has access to a custom app that includes:

    • customized workouts

    • meal tracking

    • goal-setting and progress tracking

    • messaging feature to contact your trainer directly

  • All training packages are month to month rates.

  • A strong sense of accountability to our clients, ensuring they stay on track and motivated throughout their fitness journey. All of these elements combine to create a comprehensive and high-quality training program, which is reflected in our pricing.

Hours of Operation

At Endurafit Training, we believe in the importance of work-life balance, which is why we are closed on weekends to allow our team and clients to spend quality time with their families.

EnduraFit is open by appointment only. However, the following hours are typically covered by our personal trainers:

Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 7:00pm

Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm


Fitness Assessment/ Functional Movement Screen

This initial session consists of an in-depth medical questionnaire, a Physical Activity and Readiness-Questionnaire, a fitness assessment and a Functional Movement Screen (FMS). For us, this is one of, if not the most important sessions with our new clients. It is during this session that the client and trainer discuss past or current medical issues such as illness and injuries as well as fitness goals. During the assessment and FMS, the client will complete a series of movement patterns to determine if there are any movement dysfunctions, tightness in joints or soft tissue or muscular or movement imbalances. This full assessment drives our discussions about our clients’ goals and how to achieve them through a physical fitness design and program.

For clients who want one-on-one instruction, we offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. These packages are ideal for clients who want real-time coaching and instruction, queuing for improved movement or more accountability. Clients who choose on-on-one packages also have full access to our online training platform with video descriptions along with additional at-home workouts to compliment in-studio workouts. All training packages are month to month rates.

  • 1x/wk: 30 min $195/month, 60 min $390/month

  • 2x/wk: 30 min $390/month, 60 min $780/month

  • 3x/wk: 30 min $540/month, 60 min $1170/month

  • 1x/wk: 30 min $150/person/month

  • 2x/wk: 30 min $300/person/month

 

one-on-one, teleconference

For clients who want on-on-one instruction but do not live locally, we offer virtual 30 and 60 minute sessions. These packages are ideal for clients who want real time coaching and instruction, queing for improved movement or improved accountability. Clients who choose one-on-one, teleconference packages also have full access to our online training platform with video descriptions along with additional at-home workouts to compliment virtual workouts. All training packages are month to month rates.

  • 1x/wk: 30 min $195/month, 60 min $390/month

  • 2x/wk: 30 min $390/month, 60 min $780/month

  • 3x/wk: 30 min $540/month, 60 min $1170/month

online only

This program is best for those clients who have a gym membership elsewhere (home-based or physical fitness facility), but want a customized personal training program to follow. Using our online training platform with full video descriptions, these clients’ workouts will be planned out for the month, including active recovery days. Benefits of online training include personalized training programs, the ability to do workouts when and where they like and continued full access to us at EnduraFit.
