Yoga Classes

EnduraFit offers a combination of hatha, yin and restorative yoga style classes taught by our dynamic, certified yoga instructor, MICHELLE DOWLING. Hatha yoga emphasizes breathing, movement flows and strength building - a perfect addition to any training program or a great start for anyone looking for some increased flexibility and overall fitness. Whether you’ve never taken a yoga class or you’ve been practicing for years, we would love to have you join us. All levels welcome at all classes.



in-person classes

  • Drop-in only (no need to reserve a spot)

  • Wednesday evenings, 6:00pm & Saturday mornings, 9:00am (October - April ONLY)

  • Cost:

    • Drop-In Rate: $15 / class

    • Monthly Membership: $85 (Available ONLY when classes offered 2x/wk)

Enjoy our pre-recorded classes in the comfort of your own home. Each month, a set of 6 previously recorded live classes will be uploaded via our online platform, TRAINERIZE. You will have access to complete these classes at your leisure. It’s almost as good as attending in person!
